beach day
Goods for Good’s Beach Day at The Suffolk was a huge success! With the help of our wonderful supporters, we raised over $1,400 at the beach bar gathering and had a great time doing it. All of the money raised will go towards sending new OSPOP sneakers to vulnerable children in Malawi. These sneakers will protect children who normally walk barefoot from injury and disease and help motivate them to make the often long walk to school.
Thanks for kicking off your shoes for someone who needs them!

gala 4 good
Distinguished guests from varying professions and backgrounds united for a common interest on Monday, December 8th to celebrate the charitable work of Goods for Good at Gala for Good. Among the over 400 guests were the Ambassador of Malawi to the United Nations and his lovely wife. Supporters gathered at City Winery in New York City and enjoyed a selection of fine wines, appetizing finger food and beautifully ornate deserts, all complemented by African drumming and a Goods for Good film.
The Gala brought meaning to the expression “a picture is worth a thousand words,” as photographic images illuminated the backdrop to the eminent venue. The profound imagery captivated a story of the organization’s efforts in shipping and distributing over 100 tons of goods to over 500,000 vulnerable orphans in Africa.
